Research Center for Nanosciences and Nanotechnology (RCNN), Institut Teknologi Bandung paid a visit to Malaysia Institute for Innovative Nanotechnology (NanoMITe) in Kuala Lumpur, 15-16 August 2016. Prof. Dr. Datuk Halimaton Hamdan, Director of NanoMITe received Dr. Veinardi Suendo and Dr. Rino R. Mukti as the representative of RCNN and Division of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry. We conduct a discussion on possible collaboration between Indonesia and Malaysia in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology. Several research topics should be the focus between these two nations such as solution to the energy crisis by developing solid oxide fuel cell and development of biomass by means of catalysis. In addition, pharmacy sector should be also taken into account.
