  3. Assistant for experimental works in Laboratorie de Physique des Interfaces et des Couches Minces (PICM), Ecole Polytechnique, i.e.: Raman spectroscopy, PECVD reactors, ellipsometer, optical emission spectroscopy, Photoluminescence spectroscopy, conductivity measurements.


Research Interests

Physical chemistry of membranes and electrokinetic phenomena. Investigate the transport behavior of matters through synthetic membranes, which is based mostly on polymeric materials. Synthesize the tailor made membranes for various separation processes and as solid electrolytes in fuel cells.

Nanocrystalline semiconductors and luminescents materials. Synthesize nanocrystalline materials using various methods for applications in optoelectronic and photonic fields, especially for electroluminescent devices, solar cells and laser diodes. Develop novel methods for nanocrystal characterizations, i.e. electrical measurements and spectroscopy.

Plasmas for thin film depositions, surface treatments and spectroscopy. Application of cold plasmas for depositing thin films, surface modifications and sources for spectroscopic analysis of materials and plasma deposition processes.
